The Working Momma

I hate to wait. I always have. Patience is not one of my virtues. I am only saying this because I have been sitting here waiting to hear back from a recruiter. He promised to call at around 1 and here it is going on 4 and still no word. Don’t people realize they shouldn’t promise something if they aren’t going to be able to deliver on it. He should have just called me back andtold me that it was taking longer than expected and given me a new time frame. Unfortunately, this kind of stuff seems like a common occurence when trying to find another job. It seems like once you earn the ability to have an effect on someones life, common courtesy goes out the window.
