The "About" page has resources from all over the net as well as books where you can get what little info exists...

I guess you already know we're pawing around in the dark, but there is some knowledge out there and if you're careful and cautious you might be one of the lucky ones who come through it without too much suffering...there are basic guidelines that protect the majority of people, I think.

I've started commenting on random blogs, which links people back to my blog.  Doesn't get me a lot of traffic, but it can't hurt.  Also, it makes you realize you're not alone in the way you feel sometimes.</description>
